To provide our premium digital growth and PR services, we process necessary client and audience data, including Name, Email Address, Billing Address, and Phone Number.
2. Absolute Data Security & Non-Disclosure
ORCOS Promedia respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third-party marketing agencies. Data is only shared with trusted service providers strictly for operational purposes. In the execution of lead generation, we may process end-user data on behalf of the Client. However, the Agency is not liable for data breaches occurring on third-party ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) where ad budgets are directly deployed by the Client.
3. Proprietary Methodology Protection
The methodologies used to transition offline businesses to online presence, including specific funnel designs and growth hacking tactics, are trade secrets of ORCOS Promedia. Any data shared by the Agency regarding "how" the growth is achieved is strictly for the Client's internal understanding and cannot be distributed, sold, or replicated.
4. Policy Updates & Jurisdiction
ORCOS Promedia reserves the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Both parties agree that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
